Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation with the inHarmony Sound Lounge 2, where vibroacoustic therapy harmonizes your body and mind through sound and full body vibration. 

Vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) utilizes sound waves, to deliver soothing vibrations directly to the body.  These vibrations are transmitted through the Sound Lounge, which is equipped with specially designed speakers or transducers built right into a comfortable recliner. Users lie down on the Sound Lounge to experience the therapeutic vibrations.

The core idea behind VAT is that these direct vibrations stimulate the cells and tissues in your body promoting therapeutic benefits such as relaxation, pain relief, improved blood and lymph circulation, and reduced muscle tension and stress. This makes it an effective complementary therapy for various ailments including arthritis, fibromyalgia, back pain, and anxiety.
